At this time, Brian Hillier ships exclusively within the United Kingdom, and all orders qualify for free shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors outside our control, including shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or logistics disruptions.

Delivery Delays

If the estimated delivery timeframe has passed and your order has not yet arrived, please allow an additional 3 business days for potential carrier delays. If your order still has not been delivered after this period, please contact our customer support team with your order number and we will investigate the situation as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@brianhillier.com. Order cancellations are only allowed within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.

We dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery within the UK usually takes 5 to 10 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Yes. If the fit is not right, we will sort it out. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or an exchange. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Get in touch at info@brianhillier.com and we will take care of the rest. Most of our customers find our sizing runs true, if you are between two sizes, go for the larger one.
Our pieces are made from premium piqué cotton and fine merino wool blends depending on the garment. We choose our fabrics for their weight, drape and durability, the kind that holds its shape after washing and does not bobble after three wears. No synthetic filler. No shortcuts.
