The questions worth answering

Everything you need to know before you place your order.

We dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery within the UK usually takes 5 to 10 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. We do not cut corners on packaging, your order arrives folded, neat and ready to wear.
Yes. If the fit is not right, we will sort it out. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or an exchange. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Get in touch at info@brianhillier.com and we will take care of the rest. Most of our customers find our sizing runs true, if you are between two sizes, go for the larger one.
Our pieces are made from premium piqué cotton and fine merino wool blends depending on the garment. We choose our fabrics for their weight, drape and durability, the kind that holds its shape after washing and does not bobble after three wears. No synthetic filler. No shortcuts. The density you feel when you pick it up is intentional.
Our garments follow a classic tailored fit, fitted through the shoulders and chest with room to move. Not too close to the body, not too loose. If you are unsure, measure your chest and compare it with the size guide on the product page. Most of our customers wear their usual size. If you are between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed, put together look.
That is exactly the idea. A logo is a brand asking you to advertise it. Brian Hillier is built on the principle that quality speaks for itself. No embroidered horse. No crocodile. No branding across the chest. The men who wear Brian Hillier do not need a label to signal what they already know, the fabric, the cut and the way a piece draws the eye do that job for them.
